Open-water swimming can present many social and environmental tensions. So, it’s important that we try to question our own practices, alongside how care may be performed within these shared environments. Part of this project includes a creative research zine that questions this sense of care among swimmers and users invested in Windermere. The zine will be output following the fieldwork and analysis, post-September 2023. Stay tuned.
